Haha!! If you only could see the area in PA that I live in! :D There is broadband via Comcast in areas that you wouldn't even think had electricity.

The system is based in Williamsport, but there are MANY surrounding areas where the population is not exactly condensed. :)

NO! where are you? Don't forget, I live in VT which is one of the most rural and least populated states in the nation. We only got Comcast this past November (they had to dig almost half a mile to my home from the road for the cable to reach its access point here at the house)
