 Ok here we go.......

1. Make a transparent canvas in PSP (mine is 400x150)




2. Add a fat type text (I used storybook)color doesnt matter




3. Go to the color palette and select pattern mode





4. Select the drop menu and choose your pattern. I used 01blue





5. Your palette should look like this




6. Next flood fill (on smaller areas you can use the paintbrush) the text




7. After the text is filled "save as" 001 or whatever name you want (save as a png image)

8. After saving undo the coloring of the text in this case its 6 undos

9. Go back to the palette and choose 02blue and repeat step 6 - 7 "save as" 002

10 Repeat for 03 blue you now have 3 graphics in your working folder 001,002,003

11. Start Animation program use file wizard and add your 3 images (for glitter the frame speed is 10)

12. Save your new animation. End result

Nice stuff CC!

I decided to convert them into Photoshop patterns since I don't have PSP. So, here ya go.

Just unZip them into your Patterns folder.

(I.E, in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Patterns for example)

The same basic steps apply in PS, except it's easy to make a document with 3 layers, apply one each of the 3 patterns as a layer style or fill to each layer, whether it's a font, or fill, etc.

Most Animation programs can automatically make animation out of a layered .PSD thats imported.

It's like Guinness but has a sweeter taste to it than Guinness's bitter taste. I usually mix it with carrot juice.

Patterns were unzipped to the proper Adobe folder, but for some reason, they weren't there when I opened the application, so I just made a bunch of noise instead.

 Yeah, that Bling Tutorial isn't related to this except it made me think of things to do with sparkles.

I just used the sparkles instead of their "diamond" stuff.
