The one thing that can bring down Charter: ANY competition. Charter thrives in places where the only choice is Charter. When they don't have to compete, they can be as terrible as they want (are). |

| agreed, when this was announced I noticed my charter bill going up little by little and changing prices of internet service. It appears charter is trying to take all they can before they lose their customer base.
finally clarksville is on the map for some improvements |
