This will run the hardware you have listed without a sweat.

It has a single internal 120mm fan that normally runs on the rig I have it in at about 700 RPM, and is inaudible with the case closed.

The voltages are rock steady and Seasonic makes excellent PSUs.

There is a 500w and 600w version also.

Check your other shop links - they may have the same supply for less, or one of the larger ones still within your budget.
