If you wish to play games, go downtown to the local LAN gaming site, or simply get your own Internet connection!
Why not just get your own router and switch and set up temporary gaming LANS in the dorm??
If you want to share files, Stick adaptors and even hard drives are cheap these days!!!
As for illegal P2P downloading, tis not part of forum discussion!!
