shadowrider : I had a problem with speed (less than 3MB download and supposed to get 10MB) so, I ran PC PITSTOP and it said my disc was fragmented and my restore memory was too big. I defragged and shrank the memory problem and ever since I've been getting over 9MB download speed. I analyzed the disc before defragging and it said it didn't require defragmenting. I did it anyway and the results are great. I don't have a problem with packet loss, so it may have been a different situation for me.
