<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : The plan was bound to fail, as any project that relies on government run black-holes, e.g. the phone companies, is not going to get far.<br><br>I remember a BBC article which stated that there are more cell phone subscribers in India than there are landlines, where the cell companies are private, I believe. That alone speaks volumes about state run monopolies vs. private corps.]]></description>
