Ok, now that I got your attention. How hard is it really nowadays? Clarification do not want to know how etc. No help is wanted. No links to any programs. Nothing like that. I was just wondering as never got as far as maybe I could of in computers. What little I remember long ago was security was little to none and mostly easy social engineering. edit this part. Just the question is can anyone really help getting around security or routers etc. now???? Or is there a magic silver bullet that only the true experts know of that gets around everything? sarcasm on my part. So even if experts here help is there anything they can really offer? |

| If I've correctly understood your obscure references, BBR is not the place you want to post questions like this. If, on the other hand, I have misunderstood your intentions, forgive me. -- Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway.

| reply to nonymous Very few people use computers to get around school and work. Most walk, use bicycles or take campus transportation. As for work, that depends on the job and location. Small offices, walk. Bigger, elevators. On the road, a company vehicle fits the bill. If they don't offer that, they usually reimburse mileage or actual travel expenses.
In some west coast progressive outfits and large factories, they even provide Segways All I had for my factory job was a forklift But, it was a dual wheel propane powered monster that would outrun any of those little solid-wheeled buggers

| Long ago far away. Plus it was very easy then. Sort of even not trying. Go to a printer que and see all users and passwords. Many years ago. But things change even me. Back then it was fun not destructive just I could. Sort of finding flaws. Just I think things have changed and flaws are fewer and security exponentially more. Just wondering why people even ask. As I think most time it can not be down without a lot of risk for a small reward. Me and computers have parted ways. I can use them but today I have no real clue farther than that. |

Clarification do not want to know how etc. Whew! Close one!
No help is wanted. No links to any programs. Nothing like that. Outstanding! Because that's exactly what I don't have to offer!
Alrighty then! I hope you've learned as much about this as I have! Everything seems so different now!
I'm voting this 'Thread-of-the-Month'! Don't forget to spay or neuter your pets! If all else fails, do something else! |
