Internet in the British Virgin Islands

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the correct place to post but here goes. My aunt is moving to Virgin Gorda and is looking for a broadband insternet service of some sort. Does anyone know of the company(s) out there so we can shop around. I heard the speeds left nuch to be desired but does anyone know what they are and if they can handle a Vonage VoiP adapter? Thank you!
