The only advantage that BOOL w/Static IPN gives you is that when you run your own servers, you will not (in theory) run afoul of Dynamic IPN based Blacklists (since the Static IPNs are supposed to be being allocated from a separate IPN block that is not flagged by OOL/CV as dynamic in lieu of the current system where they are apparently commingled with the Residential OOL IPNs). |
