I think the noise is all coming from the fan constantly cranking.
If its the processor heatsink fan, then you may be able to find an aftermarket cooler to go on it. As that is a socket 478 processor, however, your choices are extremely limited.

Be sure to get some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste to go under it.
