reply to hobgoblin Hello! Does this require a modem reboot? I haven't rebooted my modem since they changed it back in March unless Time Warner did it.
I also haven't changed over to Road Runners e-mail servers. Does anyone know how to change the Mozilla Thunderbird settings over to the correct mail servers? I can't get to the activation wizard because my Internet Explorer browser doesn't work since it's so locked down. I don't need the wizard from what I've read and I do know where the settings need to be changed in Mozilla Thunderbird but I'm not sure where the new stuff goes. Incoming: pop-server.roadrunner.com Outgoing: smtp-server.roadrunner.com
I have read that Road Runner doesn't allow characters as in question marks for an e-mail address so will I have to call to get that changed? It's not my head of household e-mail but it's the main e-mail that I use.
