I've been having the same issue recently, started late last week. I called and spoke to a rep and he told me he's not aware of any slowdowns occuring due to any upgrade work being done. I was getting about 10mb/down, 2mb/up...now I'm getting 2-4mb down/1mb up. I live in Brooklyn as well. |

| been having the same problem for a month now. had senior techs come in for some reason the day they show up my connection decided to give me 1MB down... Sighhhh. Once they left and i loaded up wow to get my game on i notice lag. shut down restart guess what slow downs BACK! Sweeet. called on this issue well over 10 times with no fix. After 1 month of this im begging for fios rite now. I would pay 100 bucks a month just for fios internet alone idc. OOL blows now. |
