When I was talking to the OOL rep on the phone yesterday, he todl me they may be working on upgrading equipment, hence the slowdown, but he didn't see any notes from the techs re: slowdown. By the way: he also informed me that OOL only guarantees 2mb down in their contract.
If this stays like this, I'll probably jump ship even before verizon fios comes around to Brooklyn (I heard it'll be another year). |
