| BS Unless they make Canada build a lead shield around their city they can't escape wireless signals,, almost all of north America has Satellite signals penetrating, they cant block those, Cell phone signals cant just be stopped unless they take towers down. What about the TV and radio signals, they just are greedy whores. |

1 edit | If the tribes managed to enforce this and they wanted a ton of money, cell companies would surround their territory with strategically placed cell towers that ensured signals did not pass through their territory. Sure it would be expensive for them to erect the towers but they'll do whatever costs less. |
