I do, from dyndns.org.

But twice now, it went kaput, and has caused a number of problems I'd like to avoid by having a static IP.

(By kaput, I mean I no longer had a dyndns account. Just like *that*

You can try using logmein.

www.logmein.com (Just a personal recommendation and not a DSLX one)
