 | Anyone else lose internet connect today Woke this morning to no internet connection. Reset router and modem and then had rogers modem activation site come up on my browser. Anyone else had any similar issues. I am located in the Danforth and Woodbine area(Toronto)just north of the beaches.
Called 3 web, I was shocked, only had to wait one minute to reach tech support. They sent a request into Rogers to investigate. Anyone else having any connection issues recently.

 | discovered that rogers had accidentally disconnected my service. It has since been reinstated.

 | Rogers also accidentally knocked me off-line this weekend. Called 3Web and waiting for Rogers. Is it an accident when this only happens to 3WEB clients? |

 | Re: Anyone else lose their 3web internet connect today 3Web customer service responded in minutes and placed a trouble ticket with Rogers. Then Rogers took 24 hours to reset my connection back to where it was before they knocked me off-line.  |
