| I have the exact same problem
dude i have the exact same problem for the speedstream 4100 too, it loses syc every 5 mins, even though i can go online with it just fine, but it is compleatly impossible to play a single online game. My line stops losing sync around 8pm and is stable for the rest of the night, untill 9am in the morning.
Anyone help? |

| Yours sounds more like a local problem where something goes on during the day causing you to lose sync. Do you have the thunderstorm problem too? Have you tried posting in »/forum/sbcdirect at all?
Bottom line though sync loss is terrible, especially when it's intermittent and if it only occurs for short periods of time like an episode of thunderstorms.
