 | $19.99 just to get started? It seems as though Verizon is bowing to pressure (shareholder?) for the subscriber to bear some of the cost of installation/service call to install the service. Once the products and customer service get better, this may be more acceptable, however as of late customer service leaves very little to be desired. They **REALLY** need to clean house and fire some of these people, as their attitude smacks of taking the customer for granted. That does not bode well for Verizon's future.
Gone are the days of "How may I provide you with outstanding (customer) service?" I guess this was bound to happen when they become involved in the cable-tv business. |
