<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/808067"><b>Reign</b></A> : My Hp Quick Launch application that starts up when the computer is loaded it seems to exucute a registry file....<br><br>Now everytime Vista pops up this thing about User Control ect ect and makes me hit OK for it to continue on starting the program.. ON EVERY START UP.... I can disable the Quick launch but I need it for speical key's on my laptop.... So is there a way I can disable windows from giving me this message?<br><br>I know if I disable User ACcount control in the control panel it will fix this issue but I still want it's protection..... There must be a way to let a certin app let it do its thing..]]></description>
