The HD freezing problems were *maddeningly* annoying. So annoying we got very close to ordering DirecTV, but fortunately they seem to have fixed that.
I haven't had any trouble at all with the internet side of things. Very solid, super fast connection, tests around 9800/980 pretty much at any point in the day. My line monitors don't show any problems with latency (other than when I'm maxing out my connection  )

| Yeah - coworkers haven't had problem with the Internet itself, but Vonage quality hasn't been consistent, which is kind of strange, especially with the amount of bandwidth. I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue with TW digital voice service

Cleveland, OH | TW Digital Phone actually does not use the Internet. It uses a dedicated part of the Cable network and goes from there. The voice services do not touch the public internet. All is routed over their private network to the PSTN. |

| Yeah... but that's only an intro price, and its good for only upto 12 months. Since I'd have to pay for all the startup, it pretty much negates it all. I receive them all the time in the mail. I just received one for DirecTv, $10 / month off for 6 months. |

Cleveland, OH | The thing with TWC is after your promo you can actually sign up for another promotion. It just doesnt go up. It's up to you to keep your bill low and they don't tell you when the promo runs out either. |
