All I can say is this. I loved Adelphia. I was impressed they upgraded my area (even in bankruptcy) and I have totally enjoyed this forum. And most of all the techs and the posters that have helped countless people. It was a horrible day when it was officaly "bought out." I had high hope it was going to emerge on it's own. But the greed of the stock holders prevailed. (I can understand it though.) I had hoped they would give Adelphia a chance though.
Because of the suggestions of some here. I was LITERALLY the very fist person actively subscribed to this cable system when it came on line.
This really was (is) a great forum. I will miss it.
Road Runner/Time Warner can never match this one. |
