TW Digital Phone actually does not use the Internet. It uses a dedicated part of the Cable network and goes from there. The voice services do not touch the public internet. All is routed over their private network to the PSTN. |

| Yeah... but that's only an intro price, and its good for only upto 12 months. Since I'd have to pay for all the startup, it pretty much negates it all. I receive them all the time in the mail. I just received one for DirecTv, $10 / month off for 6 months. |

Cleveland, OH | The thing with TWC is after your promo you can actually sign up for another promotion. It just doesnt go up. It's up to you to keep your bill low and they don't tell you when the promo runs out either. |
