Tulsa, OK | I dont see how unlocking phones will help skype So you unlock a phone, if it is a GSM phone you still have to use a GSM carrier. Not much use to Skype.
The Copyright Office already demands cell phone unlocking if a person is not under contract. Seems like a moot point. | |

Eg. most carriers charge between $0.10 and $0.20 / minute on calling to Canada.
Landline and VoIP typically have unlimited free calling to Canada
