And they're sent to individual email addresses, not bulk lists.<br><br>So anyone paying for this is sending you and thousands others advertising, since it is the same exact message for each recipient.]]></description>

Anyone sending truly legitimate bulk messages like bill notifications etc., would be stupid to pay for this.]]></description>
