And they're seventh graders. It's nothing they won't be downloading themselves within a year.
I think she has a very good chance, seeing as how I'd bet at least some of the jury members have had this same problem. |

actually the US justice system is one of the harshest systems among other developed economies. It's true that celeberties do get a break here, but in Europe they might not have been penalized at all (because of their status). Other than that - we have a very "punishing" system. In Europe, convicts get lesser penalties.

yes, but much fewer people will get 30 years - it's not like here - where we have these penalties left and right. Why do we have parole and other defense mechamisms - b/c we need them to mitigate the harshness of the results.
And Tikker_LoS, I am speaking the truth, since I am familiar with this area.
