Re: Justice?

Complete crap the school district involved screwed over the substitute teacher who probably did not have any union representation, so they would not get nailed for not having the proper filtering on their computers. Typical which is why I got out of teaching years ago. If you are a single male in a classroom setting you can have some sweetie accuse you of anything they want and you are destroyed even though the charges are complete crap the school system will ruin you and the sweetie who makes the charges even if they are proved to be total fabrications she gets off Scott free, and is untouchable.

And school districts wonder why they can't attract teachers. And if you're falsely accused by some "sweetie", what about suing for libel?

That is just it, you can't. the way the Fema-Nazies got the law written you can't sue because what evil men could do to cause some poor women to not report rape and what not. Look at what happened to the Duke, Lacrosse players the rent-a-whore who accused them of assaulting her last time I heard has got off Scott free.

I dunno if you can blame the "Femi-Nazis" for all that. But you're right about the ridiculous consequences (or lack thereof) for false accusations.
