Paris only got 3.5 days only because people think she's hot, & female. If she was ugly then she would probably still be serving the 40 days.

Actually most in Paris Hilton's situation gets 5 days unless you have an accident. Driving offenses in California is really the problem. There aren't many penalties. Get a DUI in Florida and the DL is gone for 1 year.
