If TW's VoIP service rides IP outside of their network's border then I agree with you that it should be shaped as well. If their VoIP service hits a switch and is no longer IP before leaving the network's border, then I see your question/statement as irrelevant. |

 | I don't like what they are doing with VOIP one little bit, but you can even maintain a 711 connection at their crippled speed. You just need QOS. As they start pushing this, more carriers will start offering G729 codecs as well which should help. |
