Not paying your bill for 2 months will just get you disconnected for non-pay. I suggest you follow Dampier's lead and write a letter to upper management.

kudos:2 | If Amp'd actually owned their network, it would have been a different story. The only person that will feel a pinch if you don't pay is you. Late fees, bill collectors, and a big fat black mark on your credit report. Have fun. |

| Totally agree with you. If you are affected call them an as for a credit. Even though their TOS states that they reserve the right to alter their network, you signed and they signed a contract for 1 month with your bill ( don't forget you pay for 1 month in advance). Call them ask for LVL3 rep ask for a credit for slow speed, if he refuses ask for a sup and he might give you credit. Be nice do not argue with both. Say : "I am sorry you cannot provide me with a credit I am looking for, please put your sup on a phone." So its a win win situation for you. Do not fall behind on your bills. it will stay on your record for many years and you will end up paying more for any loan that you will be applying for. If its a mortgage it might cost you thousands.
When I signed up for their service they had special promo for SI residents. I signed up for it for 1 year, but next month my bill went up to regular rates. I called and got rude rep, who said because I added 2 boxes my rates went up. I hung up and called back. I got a nice lady on a phone. She tried everything she could, but because promo expired last month, she could not. she said she will put another person , who can. guess what, I was nice and I got it my way. |
