Wow!

This basically means they can make it impossible for users to use third party VoIP. YAY!
This is a frustrating step in the wrong direction for TWC.

Sounds like an attempt to kill off competing 3rd party VoIP under the guise of bandwidth abuse. A twofer if you will. If I couldn't use my SunRocket I'd be gone.
