I have no problem with this

for newsgroup or torrent crap which we all know is mostly downloading illegally anyways so no I ahve no problem with this. They won't get a way with throttling VoIP and I'm against that.

I don't see why all the griping unless you are one of those bandwidth hogs and if you are sorry I have no sympathy for you. Also they say it's only durring peak hours. So just download your illegal copy of whatever TV show or movie you're too cheap to pay for durirng off-peak hours? If its really so bad switch to DSL or FiOS or something else.
