Los Angeles, CA | Business customers My roommates and I are very heavy users of newsgroups and bit torrent. Our upload is almost always maxed out, and we make use of our 15Mb download very often.
Because of our heavy use, we subscribe through the business department. Will this packet shaping affect business-class connections as well? If so, could it allow us to get out of our contract and switch to VDSL or residential cable? (We are in a 1 year contract for our cable)
