| Need some clarification...
Switching from Rogers to TekSavvy for what should now be obvious reasons, and I'm less than a kilometer from the nearest CO. Happy times.
Anyways, I'm signing up right now and I need to clarify some things.
1. When I was filling out my street number, and it asked for a 'location number'. What does this mean? If I don't know what it means, can I ignore it? 2. Will TekSavvy bill the owner of our Bell phone service? I live in a shared house and I'm sure my landlord doesn't want to have to pay for my internet service. 3. 'Company Name' just put Bell and ignore any kind of frills?
I'm sorry for the incredibly noobish questions, I'm just a teensy bit of a worrywort and I want this to go without a hitch.
Thanks! |

| Hi JDub,
1 - If in an apartment you'd have a secondary number or letter
2 - We need the Bell number owner details, but in the Billing section you can specify someone else.
3 - If Bell is the line supplier, then yes, Bell and ignore the rest.
Have a good one...
