The better business bureau has one, but the IRS does not. :-/

Why would the IRS e-mail you?

Not to mention would you really expect the IRS to do this via e-mail for a criminal investigation? That would give you a great opportunity to leave the country and avoid prosecution or not come back if you are out of the u.s.
