I live in area where I have only 1 choice for broadband. The telephone company, Cincinnati Bell has been promising DSL here since 1998 but I'm still 4 miles from the CO. I dropped their phone service about 2 yrs ago for VOIP and never looked back.

There are alot of people in KY that are not as lucky as I am, and most are on 26400bps dialup speeds. I don't see that changing in the near future.
