Re: [Connectivity] Odd screen popped up when trying to surf inte Same problem here, what torqued me the most is their complete lack of honesty. For some reason they prefer to blame the problem on antivirus settings. I was told to change my settings in my antivirus until it started working. When I pressed the issue, he admitted that it "might" be an network problem.
Might be? They know they have a network issue, but instead of being honest and proactive, they blame the user. This should be considered a network outage, and if I were a competitor ISP, I would use this to my advantage.
Blaming the user for a known network issue is irresponsible at best. |
