I realize that the speeds are not guaranteed. However, the speed that I was receiving was 4 meg+. And my tier is 4 meg. So actually I'm receiving 100% of my bandwidth now. And I hope to receive 100% when I'm upgraded to a 6 meg tier in two days.
And considering these results were on a 4 meg tier I'd say I get all my bandwidth...

| Of course you guys are lucky. Here in Romulus you have Dialup or comcast. There are DSL providers however most of Romulus is not covered. Many are force to go to comcast. My friend lives right by the comcast node for the area he lives in, 30 people just got hooked up in the area and his speeds just dropped like a sack of potatoes. But for the most part as long as people are not on you should get the max bandwidth and speed possible.
