 1 edit | If you read the Comcast forum thread, it doesn't appear to be DNS problems at all. It looks more like provisioning issues and putting some users in the "walled garden" where you can go nowhere until you are re-provisioned properly. How some users got messed up is a mystery. Could have been a problem with some Comcast accounting cleanup process, or some headend mistakenly sent out the "walled garden" cable modem config file.
