Re: FIOS TV HD upgrade question

If you're already a fios tv customer, yes there is. I forget how much it is - $25 or $30. Something like that.

Is there an installation charge to come to the house?

That's the price if you get it done before July 13th (I think that's the date). After that date it's $16/month for the DVR.

OK Thanks. Do you know the charge for this. I think it is going up next month.

They will supply HDMI or component cables, whichever you want and they will hook it up.

Just go through every channel and make sure everything comes in before the tech leaves. In my experience they have been patient in getting everything up and running properly and not in a rush to run out to the next job.

I will be upgrading to HD since I am buying a HDTV. What does verizon supply? Do they supply HDMI cables and hook up the TV when I order the HD DVR? Is there anything else I need to know when I call them? Thanks
