I put up with an noise on my line for 2 months while waiting for the Verizon underground crew to come replace my cooper that had gone bad. Lots of promises to call me back and give me an idea when they would come, but never got any information. FIOS not available for another year in my neighborhood, so now I have phone service through my cable company.
