More likely it is permits from city, county, state- to place fiber ,etc everybody get in the picture- EPA, the tree huggers,power company, Corp of Eng. sometimes.
Plus it seems to me that neither cable or DSL got everywhere at the snap of a finger. |

| and now... my DSL is running, but POTS is down.
They've had VRAD's deployed in + 3/4 (assumption) of the city for over a year now. I don't think its an issue of permits, power or anything much else. I think they just forgot about this one.

NOT Texas! | That VRAD is waiting on Edison to power it. To the right side of the cabinet are some ducts coming out of the ground. Those are for power. The meter panel sits right on top of them. |
