anon : I think that ProLog is a monopoly in many people's areas and push people around. They impose an antiquated bandwidth monthly download and upload cap that no other larger cable and dsl companies make their customers adhere to.

With the recent inventions things such as Video on Demand downloads, YouTube, streaming musics and more sophisticated gaming platforms (you can now download whole ISO updates for X-box live). These ridiculous monthly bandwidth download and upload caps are going to be the thing that drives this company into the ground. I cannot wait for fiber optics to take over in rural communities and put these despots out of business.

I would love to see a class action suit brought to Prolog and the cable companies that represent them b/c of their unscrupulous and greedy business practices. Go ahead, trying calling them and finding out whose responsible for the imposed download and upload caps, they play the point the finger at the other guy game. And I challenge anyone to find those caps displayed ANYWHERE on their cable companies' or ProLog's website. And guess who gets the real blame? The customer?! What other businesses successfully run this way?

What other company would you purchase from that leaves its customers so in the dark? I for one am sick of this unfair and unjust treatment of its customers.

Who is with me on this?

Go ahead and flame away, chances are you are probably paid to promote Prolog b/c you work there.
