actually implement their plans to actively police their
network for pirated content.
Filtering filesharing only encourages the development of
encrypted means of getting content.
There has yet to be any anti-piracy technology, short of
that already mentioned for XBox and other video game
consoles (and this applies only to modded consoles being
barred from online play), that has withstood any efforts
at being defeated.
