My Problem Is That Every Time I Download Any File Big Or Small.My Transfer Rate Starts Out Very High then Drops Very Low and I Just Had A technician Come Over And Try To fix My Problem And He Couldn't Even tell Me What Was Wrong.Maybe I Should Of Stuck With the DSL. Somebody Help Me Out...  |
