South San Francisco, CA | RCN to Astound Email Migration is now Live! RCN's S.F. area is now transitioning to Astound Broadband. The Email Migration feature is now online. Unfortunately I ran into a problem with 2 of our 3 secondary email accounts failing to migrate properly. Our main email account and one secondary account migrated without any problems. Customer service answered promptly when called and said they would check into it and report the next day,I was migrating the accounts just past midnight.
