Changes to existing service requires that you make a phone call as it cannot be done online when DSL is already on your POTS line (Now if you have multiple phone lines, then that might or might not be different).
Basically you have to call Earthlink.

| I have verizon DSL installed with verzioｎ landline, when I checked at Earthlink home page for Freestanding DSL, it is telling me not available for my place.
Isn't that if I have verizon DSL now, I should be able to get Earthlink Freestanding DSL as well? or this is not the case?
