Re: Encrypted Traffic

If it can be locked, It can be forcefully unlocked.

The US Government has had computers which are capable of cracking 256-bit keys in a hurry. So AES is pretty simple for them to crack. All they have to do is pressure the right person(s) into including either a backdoor key, and/or a line monitor so that they can monitor the traffic before it is encrypted, and they don't even have to hassle with the key at all. Otherwise they can monitor and decrypt the traffic pretty much on the fly.
