Oops...VZ's secret to good television quality is out. I mean, if this was a high priority - based on the info we gave them around lunch time Thursday - this should've been corrected even by today. The funny thing is, i'm now getting IM's that truck rolls are now being done in DE b/c people are seeing "lousy SD quality". SO maybe now that they're losing more money b/c of this by tying up technicians, they'll get the point. Yeah, use your S-Video cables folks.
