You are right. I see nothing at att.com or bellsouth.com that mentions any price other than $19.95(+ $75 cash back if ordered soon) for the 768/128 tier.

And AT&T put out a news release yesterday that quotes the $19.95 deal. NOTHING on a $10 option.
